The first phase of the six-day Project Management Professional (PMP) Training, organized within the scope of the “Technical Assistance Facility for Post-Earthquake Recovery in the Municipal Infrastructure Sector” Project implemented by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, was held on 10–11 September 2026.

The training was attended by staff from the Procurement, Contract Management, Finance, Quality Control, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Project Preparation units under the Directorate General for European Union and Foreign Relations of the Ministry.

The training aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and competencies in project management and strengthen institutional capacity for effective project implementation. Various topics related to project management principles and practices were addressed within the framework of the Project Management Professional (PMP) approach.

The six-day PMP Training Programme will continue with the remaining sessions to be held at a later stage.
