We, as IPA ENVIRONMENT, are in charge of the preparation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of programs and projects with a holistic approach in the scope of environment, climate change, and relevant areas within the framework of the European Union financial cooperation through our units divided into the Department of Project Implementation and the Department of Project Preparation and Monitoring. In this context, our basic areas of duty are the implementation of project development and programming activities, the coordination of tender and contract processes in line with the European Union’s procedures, ensuring the financial management and reporting, and running the quality assurance and supervision mechanisms. Both departments aim at ensuring the efficient, transparent, and sustainable use of the European Union funds in cooperation with national and international stakeholders.
