· To support the accession process by ensuring Türkiye’s compliance with environmental protection and EU wastewater sector directives.
Specific Objectives of the Project: · Improving the water quality of Dicle River via reducing pollution load caused by untreated wastewater discharge in the existing situation and contribute to improvement of public health, · Overcoming the operational problems in the sewerage system through partial replacement of the wastewater network. |
