The 3rd Steering Committee Meeting of the “Technical Assistance for ILBANK PIU – Project Management Consultancy (PMC)” Project was held on 20 October 2026, hosted by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change.

Participants included Şermin Özdemir, Head of the Project Implementation Department, and Mehmet Yunus İnan, Head of the Project Preparation and Monitoring Department, from the Ministry’s Directorate General for European Union and Foreign Relations. Representatives of the Ministry of Interior’s Presidency of Migration Management, the EU Delegation to Türkiye, ILBANK, the European Investment Bank and the contractor also attended.

The meeting reviewed progress on the water and wastewater infrastructure projects monitored under the project, implementation challenges and resource utilisation. Participants also exchanged views on planned activities and implementation priorities for the next reporting period.
