A Verification Audit Mission Conducted by the European Commission under the IPA III 2025–2027 Multi-Annual Action Programme (MAAP)

During the meeting held at our Ministry as part of the European Commission’s Verification Audit Mission under the IPA III 2025–2027 Multi-Annual Action Programme (MAAP), the implementation processes of the IPA III projects programmed for 2025, the activities carried out within the framework of the Entrustment Budget Implementation Tasks (EBIT), and the related financial management processes were discussed.

The meeting was attended by the European Commission Auditors; Mr. Mehmet Yunus İNAN, Head of the Managing Authority Department, together with the Heads of Units from the Department of Project Preparation and Monitoring (acting as the Managing Authority); representatives of the Intermediate Bodies for Policy Management responsible for the 2025 projects; Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsmail Raci BAYER, Head of the Intermediate Body for Financial Management, together with the Heads of Units from the Department of Project Implementation (acting as the Intermediate Body for Financial Management); and the relevant staff.
